I began posting to this website in November 2008. I had no thoughts about using the material for a book. Blogs are not easily converted into books.
Recently, I discovered how to back-up this site into an XML file and convert it to a PDF format. It’s in date order, so little logic exists for a straight cover to cover read. You can search it and that’s the value of an ebook.
The last Hamilton Wristwatch Book was published by Rene Rondeau in 1999. You can purchase a used copy on Amazon for $448.90 to $3508.98.
Donald Sauers’ book, A Time for America, was published by Sutterhouse in 1992. You can purchase it on Amazon for $167.79 to $1290.13. It’s not a book you can use to identify models.
I bought a new copy of Rene’s book from him for $35 in 2008. The price rose to $295 after I bought the last copy. You might say a need exists for information on Hamilton wristwatches. For example, this site sees about 20,000 unique pageviews per month. From November 2008 to November 2011, we had about 39,000 total views. Since then, we exceed 200,000 views. That’s a testament to the popularity of Hamilton wristwatches.
You are welcome to download a free compilation of entries in the BlogBooker below. Who knows, I might even organize it logically sometime in the future. Afterall, I’m a bestselling author and I do know how to write books.
I should mention that this is Copyrighted with All Rights Reserved. Don’t redistribute it or try sell it. I’m an open source advocate when it comes to Linux, but not to my books.
Have fun!
